He is need of a loving home where someone will give him training and lots of attention and exercise.

Best Friend's is having an adoption promotion that they are calling "Back In Black" to promote all the black animals that are overlooked in the shelters and rescues. Now thru September 17th, 2011 you can adopt a black dog or cat for 50% off the regular adoption fee. The promotion is to encourage people to give black pets a second look. They all have their own unique personalities personalities but are overlooked just because they are black. Best Friend's alone has over 150 black dogs and cats up for adoption and there are over 70 different rescue organizations and shelters that are participating in this program. |

Hi everyone! Our friend Marie will be moving from Havasu to California and then out of the country at the end of this month. She has graciously saved Aussie Girl from euthanasia and has worked with her steadily for a year. She has also been searching for a home for Aussie Girl for almost as long. Marie couldn't turn Buttercup away when she showed up at her door. Buttercup, being part Shar Pei, has allergies. |

This is Gracie. She would make a wonderful companion. Gracie is a sweet older girl with a big heart. I'm not sure how old she is but she's got all that cute gray on her face so I know she's not a pup...we are estimating around 7. She is so gentle and loving and a bit shy when you first meet her but she warms right up when she knows she can trust you. She is compeletly house trained...she won't even go in her kennel! She is currently in a foster home and has not had one accident. I don't know who could have let this great girl go! |

I spoke to Bitsy McClain at Cedar Animal Rescue yesterday and she told me that she has pug puppies and border collie pups that are looking for forever homes. Bitsy also has a "full house" and has many other wonderful animals for adoption. Please look on our "SPAY NEUTER ADOPT" page to see many of the animals that are available. It's really hard for her to keep up on all the pictures to be posted so if you visit Cedar Animal Rescue, you will find are large variety. |
