Micro-chip & Vaccination Clinic with Dr. Mike Gamble

Friends of Festival Country K9s will be hosting their Responsible Dog Ownership Day on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Park Discovery and Cedar Middle School in Cedar City between 11AM and 3 PM.

The day will consist of Canine Good Citizen Testing with AKC Evaluator Gail Workman and demonstrations with the Police K9s as well as agility, flyballl, and rally.  There will be local vendors, games with prizes, a purebred parade, coloring contest and more.

Doctor. Mike Gamble with Mt. View Animal Clinic will be offering discounted micro-chips and vaccinations.

Doctor Gamble is originally from Farmington, Utah but often claims Malad, Idaho.  He spent 3 years at Weber State University as an undergraduate in Zoology before graduating from Kansas State University with his DVM in 2011.

After graduation, he worked as a veterinarian for the Army where he cared for working dogs, border patrol and cavalry horses, and pets for the soldiers.  He and his wife, Jill, moved to Enoch in the spring of 2014 with their four boys.

Although he enjoys treating all species, he has thoroughly enjoyed working at Mountain View Animal Clinic - sometimes on 5 species in one day!

When not working, he enjoys team roping, leatherworking, woodworking and playing with his boys,  He is a member of the AVMA, UVMA, NVMA and the American Association of Equine Practitioners.
