About Us Header
Some of the animals we’ve cared for include reptiles, birds, guinea pigs & hedgehogs to dogs, cats, llamas, horses and livestock of all types.  We enjoy all species of animals.
Pet Sitters
We have been married for 31 years and spent many years working with various rescue organizations and Humane Societies.  I’ve also spent most of those years pet sitting for neighbors, friends and family.

I am president of a non-profit organization called Friends of Festival Country K-9s to help support our local animal rescue shelters as well as bring awareness of the human-animal bond.  We hope to help inspire a better understanding and appreciation of dogs while dispelling damaging myths & encouraging responsible ownership practices with a goal of building a dog park in the Iron County area.
We highly promote and donate our time to
animal rescue organizations.  These are just two of our rescues with happy endings
Rescue dog CurlyRiver Rescue
Curly (left) was a Hurricane Katrina Rescue that we fostered.  His original owners were able to locate him via Petfinders.com and he went back to his original family in
New Orleans.

Lucky Puppy (right) was 1 of 12.  Taken from the homeless person that was throwing these 4 week old puppies into a river. We found him a wonderful new family.

Before our move to Cedar City, I worked in a veterinarian’s office and I knew I wanted to keep working with animals.
Morty the cat
Morty was a kitty brought into our veterinarian's office(where I was working)
to be put to sleep due to the owner going into a senior home.  Already 12 years old when we got permission from his owner to rescue him, he lived with us until he passed away this last summer.  We felt very fortunate to have had him asa member of our family

With all of our years working with animals, we have seen first hand how depressed and anxious many animals are when they are boarded and taken out of their own familiar surroundings.

We are thrilled to be in a position where we can do something we love and make lots of animals and their owners happy too.

Bruce has left the fast paced corporate world of motion capture and game design to pursue his life long passion of art.  We both love to be able to work from home while working with animals and meeting new clients.  Our adult children love caring and playing with all the animals too.
